Originally from Clinton County, Travis Fliehman graduated from East Clinton High School in 1988. After serving as State President of the Ohio FFA Association, Travis attended The Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agicultural Economics. A few years later, he attended the University of Dayton School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1999.
Before joining DWF, Travis was employed in the Litigation Department of a 400-attorney Cincinnati-based law firm. His litigation experience covers virtually all aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including taking and defending depositions; motion practice; and oral arguments. Travis' recent experience includes defending industrial equipment and consumer products, as well as litigating claims involving manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and professionals. He has also worked extensively with expert witnesses, including experts in forensic economics, medical monitoring, and causation assessment.
Today, Mr. Fliehman's practice involves business and corporate matters, estate planning and administration (wills, trusts, and probate), elder and family law, and various civil litigation, including product liability, business litigation, and personal injury cases in state and federal courts.
In addition, Mr. Fliehman has presented at numerous trade and professional organizations on a variety of legal topics, including "The Expert's Role: How to Make Make or Break your Case " and "Using Demonstrative Evidence to Enhance Juror Understanding."
Travis is married to the former Kelly Crotcher, a graduate of Versailles High School. The two have one daughter and reside in Versailles, Ohio.

Paul E. Wagner graduated from Greenville Senior High in 1979. He is a 1985 graduate of Edison State Community College and a graduate of Miami University, Ohio in 1992 where he earned a degree in Mathematics and Statistics. He completed law school at the University of Toledo in December 1996 and was admitted to practice law in May 1997.
After practicing in Gettysburg, Ohio for approximately five years, he joined Raymond M. Donadio, Jr. in 2002 to form Donado & Wagner, Ltd.
Wagner is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Miami County Bar Association, and Darke County Bar Association where he served as Vice President. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Darke County Law Library, the Board of Trustees for the Darke County Visitation House, Inc., and the Elks. Also, Paul is a Public Defender for Darke County and is a member of the Indigent Legal Assistance Fund (ILAF) of West Central Ohio.
He is married to the former Barbara Gail Allen of North Bend, Ohio. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and motor sports.

Raymond M. Donadio, Jr.
Raymond M. Donadio, Jr. graduated from Niles McKinley High School in 1973. A 1977 graduate of Ohio Northern University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting, he completed law school at Ohio Northern Univerity in 1980 and was admitted to practice law in Ohio that year. After practicing in Mansfield, Ohio, he joined the Trust Department of a large northeastern Ohio bank, first as a trust officer, then as head of the Pension Trust Department. He came to Greenville in 1984 to join a local law firm.
In 1990, Ray began Donadio Law Office. In 2002, he joined forces with Paul Wagner to form Donadio & Wagner, Ltd. Ray serves on the Board of Trustees for Bethany Seminary in Richmond, Indiana.
Ray is married to the former Deborah Replogle of Greenville, and they are the parents of five children. He enjoys tennis, playing keyboard, singing and reading.
Today, Ray serves in an Of Counsel capacity and assists on matters requiring licensure in the state of Florida.
